● Construction adjacent to existing structures
By using powerful hydraulic jack to force in the steel cutting edge into soil and precisely control the position of caisson, the Hyac press-in method can minimize the adverse effect to the surrounding soil.
● Small construction yard
In small construction yard, only spaces for excavation machinery, dump truck and caisson itself are necessary to complete the Hyac Press-in caisson construction. The Hyac Press-in method is the superior method to solve the problem of limited construction space common in urban projects.
● Large Diameter Caisson Construction
Even for the construction of large scale deep under ground structures, Hyac press-in method enable main caisson structures to be constructed on safe ground level, thus it is easy to control the structure quality. It helps providing accurate and reliable final structure.
● Small caisson construction
Hyac Press-In method can realizes the high accuracy and high quality construction demands of smaller cross-section caissons just as well as for larger cross-section caissons. Plus, unique characteristics such as space saving and high adjustability to site conditions are only made available by the Hyac Press-In method.
● Technology
“Water Jet System” breaks sand and gravel near caisson’s steel cutting edge. It helps enable excavation on harder soil. Water Jet system can also used to clean steel cutting edge before casting of underwater concrete, providing clean and high quality concrete.
Magnetic seals attached on steel cutting edge, can stop water trying to seep through under water concrete.
● ＳＯＣＳ
SOCS is an automated open caisson system with automated excavation, unloading and caisson press-in control systems. This SOCS system also uses the Hyac hydraulic jack system.
● Press-In Steel Segment
In order to save time and space during the construction of vertical shaft on city streets, cast in place concrete caisson can be replaced by Hyac Press-In steel segment.
